If the Consumer does not wish to keep the order, after the order has shipped, the Consumer has the right to cancel within 24 hours from the date of received unopened product, for a credit or refund, less any applicable return charges. A cancellation request after an order has been placed and not shipped, by the Consumer, must be put in writing and received by Viridian Meadows by 12:00PM the next day. Please note all orders ship the next business day up to 3 business days after being placed.
