Refund and Returns Policy

All returns must have prior approval.

All samples are considered final sale and are non-returnable, even if damaged. See sample our page for samples for details.

We do not accept returns for used, installed, removed, sorted product or any partial boxes.

Customer Does Not Want Product

Timeframes to Return Product

We will accept return requests up to 10 days after the product has been delivered.

How to Request a Return

Email customer service at [email protected] 3 days of delivery of product letting us know you would like to return the materials.

Conditions for the Return

Product must be unused, intact and in the original packaging.

Return Charges

1. Consumer will be responsible for all shipping charges.

2. A 25% Restock fee will be deducted from total price return.

Refund Will be Issued When:

1. Product has been received by Viridian Meadows within approved timeframe of receipt of approval to return product.

2. Returned product will be inspected within 24 hours of receipt.

3. If product is received in the original packaging and in full, a refund will be issued within 5 business days of approval of refund minus shipping charges and restock fees.

4. Consumer will be notified once the refund has been issued.

Issues With the Return

If there is an issue with the return of products, for any reason, the consumer will be notified within 48 hours of receipt of product.

Product Damaged

Damaged Product Guidelines

When product is received damaged, please note it is not unusual to have 2%-3% of the tiles broken, including but not limited to chipped edges, to some degree during transit. Any damaged tiles, up to 5% is considered acceptable and can be used for cuts that you will need to make.

Viridian Meadows must be notified within 2 days of damage because we have 2 business days to file a claim with the shipper, especially for concealed damage claims. For damaged product claims after 2 business days after receiving product, approval for damaged product is decreased.

How to Request a Return

Email customer service at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery of product letting us know, pictures are encouraged, of damages incurred of products.

Conditions for Approval to Return damaged product

1. Send details of issues. Pictures are highly encouraged.

2. Number of boxes or tiles broken.

3. Indicate if you signed the bill of lading (BOL) as damaged or subject to inspection possible damage inside or neither.

4. Once Viridian Meadows reviews your request, we will let you know if you approved to ship the product back to Viridian Meadows for inspection for refund.

Next Steps

1. Once Viridian Meadows approves the return for inspection, Viridian Meadows will send an email with details to return the product.

2. When Viridian Meadows receives returned product, Viridian Meadows will in notify the consumer within 48 hours of the status of the return and refund information.

3. If there are any issues with the return, Viridian Meadows will notify the consumer within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Refund will be issued

Once the product is inspected within the 48 hours of receipt by Viridian Meadows and approved for damaged return, Viridian Meadows will issue a refund within 5 business days.

Wrong Product

If you have received the wrong product, we are so sorry and apologize. Please take photo’s and contact us within 2 business days and we will either, upon your request, resend the correct product, issue a refund and you will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
